England head coach Steve Borthwick has called up seven uncapped players into a 19-man squad to begin preparations for the summer series against New Zealand and Japan. 

England A stars Rusi Tuima, Greg Fisilau, Charlie Atkinson and Fin Baxter are all involved in their first senior camp, as is Gabriel Oghre. Guy Pepper and Luke Northmore return to the senior squad. Pepper was involved in the latter stages of the Six Nations, whereas Northmore returns for the first time since 2022.

Chandler Cunningham-South, Alex Dombrandt, Joe Heyes, George Martin and Ethan Roots are included after featuring in this year’s Six Nations.

In the backs, Max Malins and Jack van Poortvliet return to the fold. They are joined by Premiership Player of the Season Henry Slade, Breakthrough Player of the Year Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, Marcus Smith and Freddie Steward.

The squad does not contain any players from Northampton Saints, Bath, Sale Sharks or Saracens.
